Viewer-provided Ring Doorbell video shared with FOX 29 shows what appears to be a plane in the distance falling out of the sky, followed by a large explosion with huge plumes of smoke. FOX 29's Steve Keeley is at the scene and reports stepping over debris and observing several active fires within minutes of the crash.

Somebody on Fox said mid air collision but that is speculation. Might explain scattered debris. I am really hoping that is not a midair collision, once in 16 years but twice in a week, that makes the hair on my neck go up.

I believe in this situation, they use the term 'small plane' to clarify that it was not something the size of an airliner. The video I saw showed a very sharp angle coming down. The local news coverage here in Philadelphia is reporting that there are multiple casualties on the ground.
An eyewitness to the crash who lives close to the crash site was interviewed by the local ABC affiliate. He says he saw multiple bodies on the ground. Several houses are on fire and there are numerous cars burning. The network news made a good point that the destination for the flight is over 1, miles away. And the jet crashed just after takeoff. So the jet would have had a full load of fuel. That accounts for the reason why the fire is still burning.
