Goodnotes is structured into product and business teams. We have Managers and Leads to ensure the team is happy and projects are running smoothly. We are a bootstrapped company and have been profitable since the day Goodnotes was launched on the AppStore in We have ownership over our quality, goals and timelines and we are not considering investors currently.
From your first conversation with the Talent Team to your final stage interview takes around 4 weeks on average, though this can vary slightly depending on the time of year. However your talent representative is always on hand to answer your questions and keep you informed. We are of course flexible, if you need us to speed things up then we will do our very best to accommodate.
We have offices in London and Hong Kong. All we ask is that you have at least three hours overlap with Hong Kong and London business hours each day. All meetings and company updates happen during this time and anything outside of this is yours to own.
Yes, we sponsor visas for you and your family member lawful spouse or child in both the UK and Hong Kong, depending on local employment laws. Sure thing! If we are able to sponsor your visa and you wish to join us in our London or Hong Kong office then we will cover one set of economy one-way direct flight tickets for you and your family in addition to 1 month of accommodation. Performance reviews take place twice a year in June and December.
