Change of mind returns of baby items fulfilled by Amazon AU will qualify for Free Returns shipping if the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging. Otherwise original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. Note: Breast pumps returned for change of mind must be unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
