This service offers Members further flexibility should they not be able to attend a game and provides a secure and convenient platform to resell further tickets to fellow Arsenal members. Season Ticket Holders and Members who are unable to attend a game can make their ticket available on the Ticket Exchange once the match is sold out subject to restrictions. To ensure that tickets are being used by genuine Arsenal supporters and members, we are making a change to the way that Ticket Exchange will operate.
Ticket Exchange access will initially be limited to members who entered and were unsuccessful in the ballot. The Exchange may open to other members ahead of the game; this will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page. These unsuccessful members will be given the chance to purchase tickets via Ticket Exchange during their set Membership sales period once data checks have been put in place to ensure that genuine members are correctly given access to Ticket Exchange.
If purchasing a seat on the ticket exchange as a match by match member please note you will have to select the right price class for the seat that matches your membership age restrictions prior to adding to the basket otherwise you will not be able to checkout and will have to release the seat from you basket.
If your price class does not show then this means the price class limits have been met for your price class in that event and you will have to select adult price. Once the Silver ballot has concluded unsuccessful Silver Members will gain priority access to the Ticket Exchange. Once the Red ballot has also concluded, all unsuccessful members will have access to Ticket Exchange. Season Ticket Holders are not charged a fee if their their ticket sells via the Ticket Exchange service. Note, the ticket must be sold for points to be allocated.
Season Ticket Holders who post their seat on the Ticket Exchange earn an attendance stamp towards:.
