The Safety Companion II will record pertinent information in patient charts and communicate with patient care team members to ensure continuity of care. Specific duties may vary according to department expectations and supportive services needed for specified groups of patients in assigned areas for all age groups, which will contribute to the comfort and well-being of the patient.
