Arriving a day late is cause for additional day charge or leaving early on an existing reservation is non refundable. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. All pull-type trailers and 5th wheels must have a tow vehicle on site except for daily excursions. No Open Fires are allowed without prior approval and then only with commercial approved off ground outdoor fire containers with spark protectors. Along with your RV, a tow vehicle 1 in the site must be contained on the concrete pad and not on any lawn area or roadway surrounding your site.
Overflow parking for your tow if it does not fit on site or any guest parking will be made available at an adjacent parking lot. Generators cannot be run during quiet hours. Please ensure that speakers, radios, televisions etc. Repairs and washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited. Some repairs may be preapproved by management if work is being done by an approved mobile repair company and do not present a hazard to ground water, Exposition property or neighboring guest.
All utility connections must be securely fastened and free of any defects or leaks. Any and all sewage spills must be reported to the office immediately!
