According to best-practice guidance, we can offer you a variety of treatments depending on your needs, for example cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and interpersonal therapy.

We will be inviting you to participate in workshops where you can tell us how things need to improve. The workshops will be very relaxed, you might find the things we do in the workshops fun and interesting, there will be food and refreshments, and there will also be a payment for your participation.
