The Peninsula Spa incorporates highly effective treatments with expert therapists and luxurious products to provide each guest a truly personalized spa experience. Relax and recover with effective massage treatments ranging from deep tissue to hot stone massage with Asian and Ayurvedic influences. Guests must be 18 years of age or older in order to utilize The Spa.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, we will only be able to provide services in the time remaining and you will be charged the full service fee. To ensure appointments are available for every client, we request at least 6 six hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, or you will be charged the full service fee.
We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment. For the comfort and consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities. To ensure that you receive the complete benefit of your service, it is recommended that all spa patrons drink plenty of water prior to their treatment as well as afterwards. Please advise your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or other conditions prior to treatment.
Professional-quality spa products are available for your continued care at home. You are welcome to purchase products at the spa desk and we will ship to you anywhere within the world.
Shipping charges will apply. In-room spa services include massage, manicures and facials. If you are staying at the hotel, you may also charge spa services and products to your room.
