Shortly thereafter, he met his loving wife Rosaline Miccio Titone through a blind date arranged by the wife of his brother, Alfred.
They married just eight months later in and went on to have six beautiful children. They were married for over 68 years.
Charlie served as president and co-owner of Joseph Titone and Sons and later served as a consultant for Burlington-based textile business Cellunet Manufacturing Company.
