It is a unique approach, based on values that Migros defends as proudly today as it has in the past. The Federation of Migros Cooperatives FCM creates and supports projects on a national scale, while the ten cooperatives work in their local area, each determining its own criteria. You may apply at any time. Applications are generally processed within 4 to 12 weeks. All decisions are final and no reasons are given.
Each application can receive one donation per year. In light of the many applications it receives, Culture Percentage aims to support a large number of associations; its support may therefore vary from year to year.
Associations or organisations must be based in the area covered by our cooperative and the projects supported must fall within its territory. Culture Percentage provides support in a wide range of areas. Support not-for-profit projects, associations or events that convey environmental, social, educational or cultural values.
