My name is Heidi Toy. I help people all over the world heal by identifying and treating the root cause of their body imbalances.

My Lowest:. Not long ago, I was very sick. I looked healthy on the outside, but felt terrible on the inside. I was exhausted all the time and I would have to leave a party mid-afternoon because I just needed a nap.
I was depressed, started gaining weight, and losing my hair. And I was angry all the time. I tried every conceivable diet. Weight loss clinics and Jenny Craig were useless. And I exercised like crazy.
Nothing helped. I felt like I was unraveling from the inside out - everything was so out of balance. They said to eat less and exercise more. I felt hopeless. Because I was a skilled sonographer, I performed an ultrasound on my thyroid and brought it to an endocrinologist who ordered the official lab. My own immune system was attacking my thyroid.
