Provides coaching and mentoring to adults with penal code violations through the process of expungement. With a focus on mental health. Helping families with the challenges of mental illness. Provides education for consumers on how to shop locally, and prepare meals for people with special dietary needs and restrictions.
This program collaborate with parents,caregivers and other professionals in the screening, assessment, evaluation and management of common developmental, behavioral and mental health problems in children, adolescents and young adults. Provides assistance to veterans and family members in obtaining benefits. Assists mature adults and the disabled with downsizing, residential placement assistances, home visitation, and safety checks.
Program utilize a wraparound service model to provide mental health screening and legal assistance to youth offenders. Rialto Family Services will coach and assist young adults in the process of sealing their juvenile records. Getting Results for Youth , Facing Challenges.
