When Bayern Munich hired Thomas Tuchel, disregarding the extraordinary circumstances that led to such an appointment, there was one major concern. At his previous clubs, such as Chelsea FC and Borussia Dortmund , Thomas Tuchel had gotten the sack for speaking out against the management and making his opinions very well known. But in many areas he simply has a completely different view of how to lead a team.
He also wanted to make relatively many transfers. Every time we had an injured player, there were calls for new players. That is what happens when one hires a manager with a lower standing.
Still, Tuchel had just come from jobs at Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain where throwing money at the problem was a more common solution than in Bavaria. Imagine if Tuchel had stayed another year. FC Hollywood would be running on all cylinders. Werder Bremen?
