What is my address at University Village ? You can check in to your apartment any time during business hours beginning on your listed arrival date. Check-in prior to your arrival date must be requested in advance via email to housing colostate. You can also check in after the offices close by calling the duty phone for that community, the duty phone number is listed in the community tab.
Expect the check-in process to take about 5 to 10 minutes. You will need to present photo identification i. Look out for an email from your community front desk with a link to a required contact information form. All other required forms to complete will be provided to you upon check-in.
Aggie Village and International House are fully furnished. Removal or changes to furnishings are not permitted. In University Village and Aggie Village Family apartments, you can choose whether to have your apartment furnished or not furnished.
We provide furniture that has been used by previous residents. We focus on the furniture being functional and clean, but we cannot promise that the furniture will match or be free from normal wear and tear.
