Reference Code: JR As a Segment and Proposition Manager, you will define a clear customer segment strategy and vision, alongside developing propositions that are targeted to these segments. This will involve collaborating across the organisation to shape the prioritisation of product, service models, and core journeys, with rationale grounded in commercial data and customer insights. With your collaborative skills you will drive execution; working closely with Product, Physical Channels, Digital and Technology teams.
