He said I had set the bar and it was high!!! The evening was perfect from beginning to end. Every course exceeded the previous one which seemed impossible. Every sip of wine a delightful companion to the dish it accompanied. I could not have dreamed of an evening that could surpass the one Crave Culinaire prepared for myself and my guests.
At our dinner party, Brian described the preparation of each course, and each course was a terrific presentation of wonderful cuisine and wine. Thank you, Brian, for creating a wonderful evening. Almost four months later we are still getting rave reviews about the deliciously unique food. Although the party doubled in size from our original projections, Brian and his team handled every detail flawlessly and helped make it an evening to remember!
