Sturtevant police say an year-old J. Case High School student texted three naked pictures of himself to a year-old girl and later admitted it was a stupid thing to do. Bobby Salinas, of Mount Pleasant, was charged Friday with three felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material. When police arrived, the woman showed them the photos, and the girl said she knew Salinas from school.
The photos were transmitted one after the other during an eight-minute period, and the last phone included a message from Salinas apologizing and claiming he was high. He is ordered to not have any contact with the girl and will next be in court June 2 for his preliminary hearing.
