Spacious bathroom. Elly S. The restaurant commence at 7am but we requested early breakfast at about 6. Next day, I went to the resto at 6. Colette I. My room was booked by an agency working for my employer. I was not warned that the room given only had a 'pull down' bed over a sofa.
I am 5 ft tall, and not a very strong woman. I had difficulty reaching over my head to pull the heavy bed down and then could not control its descent. I grazed my shoulder. In addition, the armrests of the sofa prevented me from getting easily in and out of the bed.
I had to crawl to the foot to get out and climb up on the bed and crawl to the head to get in. The reception should have informed me and asked if this type of room was appropriate for me, and either offered to lower the bed or assigned a different room. Sunny P. We used the lobby lounge area to play some games, which was fun and a nice way to avoid 'cabin fever' in the studio. We were on the 5th floor, riverside, the view was amazing, but i couldn't work out how to use any of the kitchen appliances lol - so some instructions inside the cupboards etc on how to do that would be a welcome facility. The location is ideal for Rouen, 2 metro stops from the train station, walking distance to the rest of the old town and 'rive gauche', with lots of bus stops and the coach station across the opera house piazza and - yes - if you come prepared you're on the doorstep of the opera house to attend a show in style no matter the weather!
