Due to a desire to further my education in business, I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and received a degree in Management at James Madison University. As my talent and passion grew even stronger for cooking I was hired as a private chef for a family of 5. This aims at challenging people to do what they love, follow their dreams, and love with they do regardless of the money involved.

A fantastic dinner for my wife's birthday, prepared, by request, in front of us as a chef's table setup. The food was terrific and he helped me pick a great menu. He was on time, very friendly, and we even have leftovers! James was extremely professional, prompt and personable. The seafood dinner that he prepared for my girlfriend's birthday dinner party was delicious and is still being raved about more than a week later.
Chef James's birthday dinner for my husband was just wonderful. His menu was creative, delicious, and beautifully served. He was punctual, pleasant and efficient. He was flexible with accommodating special requests, such as making vegan courses for two of the guests. We particularly loved his lettuce wraps and his yummy bananas foster. And he did a pro clean up. It was so nice to actually socialize with the guests instead of running around and stressing all day. We can't wait to use James again!
