He completed a Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota to assist clients with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. His therapy philosophy is largely shaped by Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioral Theory. He seeks to provide clients a positive, healing space with respect, kindness, and inclusivity to overcome obstacles, and improve their quality of life — providing an affirming space as they engage in therapy as collaborative partners.
David enjoys working with people of all gender and sexual identities and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences. His therapy interests include: adjusting to life changes, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, problematic substance use, and PTSD. We want you to feel welcome at Hamm Clinic.
