Self-parking is available at Loews Ventana Canyon and is included in the daily resort fee. Check-in time is at PM and check-out is at PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Taxi and rideshare services are available at the airport as well as car rental options. Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee.
Loews Ventana Canyon Resort has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions. We limit the number of pets to two per room. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. To retrieve your Loews Ventana Canyon Resort bill, click this My Bill link and provide your first name, last name, email address, and confirmation number. If you are staying at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort but the name on your reservation differs from the credit card holder, you will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form.
