Made my order October In January, before all the COVID, I asked what the status was on the order, and was told the order was in production and would take 2 to 3 weeks tops.
Then the pandemic hit. Despite this, they were more than happy to advertise that they were still in production and accepting orders on their website in March and April. Contacted again in early May for order status and told it would be again, another 2 weeks.
I waited a week and informed them that paypal and my credit card company had now been involved to resolve the refund. Two weeks later I receive a message telling me they had no clear latex in stock, but don't worry, they hadn't forgotten about me! Okay, then how was this in production in January? I contacted them a month later to let them know everything had been escalated with my credit card and paypal and wanted a refund still.
Quickly got a response to tell me it was ready to ship and would offer me a nice discount on a future order! Told them that I doubted it, and wanted a refund if it was going to be another two weeks or something like usual.
I won't even bother ordering from this company even with a discount. Look below. A long line of similar experiences can't be a coincidence. You've been warned. They will take your money and get you your clothes whenever they kind of feel like it Poor communication. If you complain, it's the silent treatment! This is the worst business experience I've ever had. Update: Last I was told by PayPal, the dispute was still under investigation.
