Scott Everett founded the S2 Group in to acquire and redevelop multifamily real estate and now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager. Scott is a recipient of the Inc.
He is an active investor and board member for multiple early-stage companies and enjoys being involved in the growth of early-stage ventures. Scott is married with four children and lives in Dallas, Texas. In this capacity, she is responsible for all debt, equity, tax and oversight of the accounting function for S2 Capital and its managed properties. He manages all respective business plan executions and dispositions for the assets. Marc graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Finance. Jenna Rowley joined S2 in March and is responsible for supervising all legal and compliance matters.
She has represented public and private real estate companies in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, recapitalizations, fund formations and development projects. Before joining Riverstone, Patrick was at Partners Group, where he was responsible for fundraising and investment origination, and at J.
