Any oddest request was fulfilled. Breakfast had plenty of choices, fresh, and very early. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone and when in Paris again, will absolutely look no where else. The staff truly makes a difference! Excellent Customer Service, I love the location and the staying in the hotel.
Fatilletou, she is a wonderful employee who is passionate about her job and every day gave her best, especially on my daughter's birthday, she prepared a warm and pleasant surprise in the room with balloons, decorations and delicious cake. To all of them, I wish them the best in their work and I urge the Hotel Management to recognize this great work.
