Hello, my name is Sarah Horner. My journey started back in I was searching for ways that I could look younger naturally. Commercials and influencers tend to promote products and services that made me question if it was really the best for my skin. That is when Grass Orchid was born so together we can build the right regime for our skin. I chose Aveda, because of their natural philosophy, to obtain my Esthetician License. I graduated in at the top of my class, and continued progressing from there.
One student that I took classes with, their relative, was a sugar waxer in Mason City. I visited and learned what sugaring was all about, and I was intrigued. I went off to Chicago to get my Sugarist certificate from Alexandria Professional.
I am one of the first to get certified in Hydrafacial and Microcurrent. In all aspects of life, learning is a continuous process, the same goes for the skin care field. As time continues more and more information is being put online about products and services that would better your skin.
