She believes in lifelong learning and is devoted to keeping up with the latest research to deliver evidence-based patient care.
Courtney continues to expand her practice skills and has pursued continuing education courses in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, pelvic floor physiotherapy and the McKenzie method. In her spare time, she loves to cook, travel and has a strong interest in fitness. She enjoys running, weightlifting, skiing, swimming, and chasing after her two little kids.
Jessica has been a physiotherapist for 6 years. She has extensive experience working with orthopaedic and sports injuries. Jessica served as the official team physiotherapist for collegiate schools, professional clubs and national level soccer teams in the Philippines and Guam.
Aside from working with higher level athletes, Jessica has the passion and knowledge for treating patients of all ages and conditions. She believes the same principles of physiotherapy can be applied to anyone to effectively optimize their function and performance during everyday activities. She is also an avid athlete who loves playing soccer and futsal.
