The Spa Cafe is exclusive to guests and Club members with a spa service reservation or a day pass. Age restrictions apply. A new you awaits. Spa Palmera is reserved exclusively for Club members and resort guests and is not available to the public. To protect the tranquil nature of the Spa and its environment, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Spa facilities. Guests are encouraged to arrive thirty 30 minutes prior to the start of their service to allow for a leisurely arrival experience. Guests wishing to go directly into their treatment and bypass locker rooms are welcome to do so and should arrive no later than five 5 minutes prior to the start of their service.
Mobile phones may not be used in locker rooms, treatment rooms, Ritual Baths, or Great Hall. You may choose to add or adjust based upon your discretion. Spa Palmera is not responsible for guest belongings, and we request that all guests leave their valuables at home or in the safe in their hotel accommodations. Guests may also enjoy access to Great Hall, lockers, locker lounges and restrooms.
