Hooter Girls make minimum wage but can earn a good amount of tip money on how well they deliver the concept. Construction is expected to be complete by September. The sports-themed restaurant — known for women in orange shorts, the owl logo and spicy chicken wings — will make the Lake Forest location its first South County spot.
