There is a point system on this site and doing things like posting pictures, filling out questionares and confirming one's profile can help rack of hundreds of these points. In trying to redeem said points, AFF subtracted my points but never the perk I used points for.
Multiple attempts at getting any assistance from the Help Desk were first met with generic copied and paste replies which did not address the issue at hand at all. On the third attempt, they did not even bother responding back at all.

Paying fines is nothing to them. These fines they pay are peanuts in comparison to the huge chunks they defraud customers with.
