Speaker, Presenter, Workshop Leader. I have worked as an energy healer since with people living with cancer and other health issues, providing a safe, gentle, and loving environment for healing. I began my healing and meditation practices in after a spontaneous awakening that left me with the knowledge and wisdom that we are all connected and that the only thing we are here to do is to give and receive unconditional love. We all get to do that in our own unique way.
I was given the gift of hands on healing. After a few years of simply using "the laying on of hands," I began a formal study to learn about anatomy and physiology as well as courses in Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Polarity Energy Balancing and just recently added a very gentle technique called Metamorphosis. I have also had a yoga practice since For many years after the awakening I lived in a meditative state in which I was intensely aware of each moment.
