She blends deep tissue and relaxation techniques with a strong anatomical awareness of strength imbalances as well as areas of tightness or restriction.
She works with athletes endurance, collegiate, and professional athletes and clients recovering from injury, surgery, and illness, such as cancer, fibromyalgia, autoimmune issues, repetitive stress injuries, plantar fasciitis and more. She emphasizes self care in her private practice and group yoga classes.
