Open today: AM - PM. I was one of those last minute shoppers - eh gads. I get a call at am that they are waiting outside and I would have to reschedule in hours.

Great experience. Found the exact couch for our space and needs. They definitely helped us out, and I did buy a couch Anyway, I think next time I'll do an online purchase. Delayed my delivery and not even send me a message to let me know.
Bought the dinner set on November I was clear that it was a Christmas present. Remarked to the manager that I needed to be delivered on December 20 They insured me that it will be delivered on time. Well, they delivered it January 3 After-sales service is very poor, no refund for returns, and forced to continue shopping in the store. We went in for some help on a warranty plan with a previous purchase after having trouble contacting customer service.
