An altercation inside of a Gwinnett County gas station landed a man in jail Tuesday evening. Police say they responded to a reported shooting at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road in unincorporated Suwanee. The address corresponds to an Exxon Gas Station. When police responded, they found a victim with a wound to his head. When asked what happened, the victim told police an unknown man shot him. He was taken to the hospital for treatment for his injury.
