After graduating from the University of Washington Seattle , my career began and has continued to focus on adults and children who have survived traumatic experiences. Seeking out therapy is often difficult, from finding someone with whom you feel comfortable talking, to engaging in the challenging process of examining past experiences, relationships, thoughts, and feelings.
