The return of autumn also marks the return of theatres, concerts and cultural events to enrich our weekends. As the temperatures drop, theatres come alive and invite us to rediscover Luxembourg's artistic wealth.
The 17th edition of Cineast is back, with films from Central and Eastern Europe, and for young people, the City Party promises a festive evening at den Atelier. And don't miss the Be Local solidarity market, a great initiative at the Gare de Luxembourg. Get ready for a weekend rich in culture in and around Luxembourg. Talk: Fashioning identity. Karolien De Clippel, director of the Hasselt Fashion Museum, will be giving a fascinating talk on the importance of clothing in art.
By examining portraits, she invites you to reflect on what clothes say about the identity, social status or character of the subjects. This presentation in English offers a unique perspective on the history of fashion and its cultural influence through the centuries.
An enriching encounter for all lovers of art and fashion. Thursday 3 October at 6pm. How much? Free of charge. Exhibition: Rickard Linder.
Attend the opening of Rickard Linder's new exhibition at the Foundry. This Swedish artist, who mixes abstraction and figuration, invites you to discover his works influenced by music and poetry.
