A Mesa County man connected with one of four massage parlors raided in Grand Junction earlier this week was arrested Wednesday for false use of a Social Security number, the U. Wei Li, of Clifton, whose age is unknown, was taken into custody Wednesday at the Balanced Healing Massage and Spa, the office said in a news release. The U. Immigration and Customs Enforcement all participated in the arrest.
The massage parlors were raided as part of a prostitution and human trafficking investigation, the release said. An investigation found that Li presented himself as an unemployed truck driver and a non-resident alien, the release said. On Tuesday, federal and local law enforcement officials raided four massage parlors in Grand Junction and in surrounding Mesa County.
