As an undocumented student, it is hard for me to share my story because I am vulnerable. However, I believe that sharing my story will help other students be brave enough not to let their status define them and reach their full academic potential. The manufacturing industry is a highly technical, innovative field offering rewarding careers with competitive salaries. As industries adapt to new challenges and opportunities, the demand for skilled professionals in manufacturing is higher than ever.
If I could go back and tell myself that my year would be one of constant hustle, I would not believe it. This year alone has taught me so much about how much I can do when I put the time and effort into accomplishing a goal or dream. We are less than two weeks away from the fall commencement!
