Thank you for visiting my page :. I am Elisa! I grew up in a small town in North of France and have lived in the UK since I believe Massage and Breathwork can be healing for everyone.
I want to support people to feel more in their body and less in their mind; to be more grounded and more present. Having felt disconnected from my body and myself for many years, I know how difficult life can feel but I also know there is another way to live that bring more joy and happiness. My intention is to offer a safe place where my clients can rest, relax and reset. I like spending time in nature, eating nice food, walking barefoot, going to festivals and doing camping. I am sensitive to music and can listen for hours; instrumental music especially when there is piano can touch my heart deeply. For this reason music is something I often bring to my work. People usually tell me I am calm, caring, reflective and grounded. Along my journey I have found fooling, clowning and voice dialogue.
