Tell yourself you can do it and forget all negative self talk. Get outside. Whatever the weather is, fresh air is always a good idea. As well as walking and exercising , just being active. And remember to stay hydrated, the most basic tip that you still easily forget. Mene ulos. Do something differently. The smallest tiniest things can spark your inspiration and get you motivated again.
Talk to a friend. If you can, help someone like your friend. Listen and give your advises. Juttele kaverille. If nothing works, just have a cup of coffee and remind yourself it will pass. It helps me to sit by the ocean, soak up the fresh air and relax. I always feel reenergized and happy when I go for a walk in the woods too. Oddly enough, cleaning the apartment helps too. Hope you feel better tomorrow! Even reading your comment makes me feel more relaxed!
I also loove to tidy up everything and get rid of clutter that has been gathering. Decluttering actually always helps me if I have anxiety or bad mood, it almost represents a fresh start, and you can just concentrate on something else than your thoughts.
