They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better I suffer from cold fingers and toes! The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous!

Great experience! Friendly host and really the benefits of the contrast therapy. It was the therapy I needed after a busy Christmas and New Year. I had an Access Bar session with Vicky today and it was lovely. On my arrival, she made me feel at ease straight away and the therapy room was cozy and welcoming.
