Dallas Cowboys Game Day. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Dallas Cowboys and the National Football League. Tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to, the following: failure to make payment deadlines, drunk or disorderly conduct, scalping or resale of tickets except through Cowboys Ticket Exchange , because of stadium construction and reconfiguration of seating areas, and ownership disputes.
ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets without refund or ejection.
The Dallas Cowboys do not sell away game tickets. Fans should contact the away team's website or ticket office for ticket availability. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests. Other events may require all children, regardless of age, to have a ticket to enter the stadium. The NFL will continue the flexible scheduling process for the latter part of the season.
These changes will be made with less than two 2 weeks notice to the participating teams and their fans. NFL teams may advise their ticket holders of these time changes via e-mail, so it is very important for the Ticket Office to have correct e-mail information.
The changes will also be communicated via print, radio, television and internet media, as well as posted at DallasCowboys.
