We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities, and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances. Visitors are limited to two 2 per room. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Quiet Time is held from pm - pm each day to encourage quiet rest and healing for the patient. This is a period of time of low stimulation with few or no interruptions. Family and friends are asked not to visit patients during this time. No children under the age of 12 are allowed.
The CCU is closed daily from pm - am and from 6pm - 8pm to allow time for certain aspects of patient care. Parents, grandparents, significant others, and siblings over the age of 2 are welcome to visit the NICU at any time except from am — am and pm — pm All visitors must sign in at the nurses' station. Children under the age of 12 must be screened by a staff member prior to visiting.
