Locations : Open all year round. The Centre des Monuments Nationaux offers your film crews access to a unique collection of monuments whose diversity reflects the richness of France's heritage. With its metre-high keep and its Sainte-Chapelle , this fortified castle with its centuries-old history is a must for filming films, series, documentaries, commercials, music videos and photo shoots.
All filming, whether photo or video, must be authorised by the monument. This agreement may be given for a fee or free of charge, depending on the intended use of the images commercial or non-commercial.
The temporary occupation permit issued to you will include specifications setting out the rules to which filming must conform for reasons of personal safety and security. All requests for filming must be sent to our services at least one month in advance. In the case of filming with a drone, specific authorisations must be obtained see below. When you are filming, you must take care not to damage the collections or the premises. You undertake to keep the areas used for filming and their installations, both indoors and outdoors, in an impeccably clean and well-maintained state.
You are responsible for any accident, damage or disturbance of any kind caused by your team within the monument. The Centre des Monuments Nationaux shall not be held liable in the event of the disappearance or deterioration of equipment in the premises made available under the filming permit.
