Overpriced and not worth what I paid. My hair was cut uneven and my daughter looked the same as when she walked in. Also my hair was cut dryβ¦the girl cut my hair in less then like 8 mins it seemed and she said I was done. If that was an extra charge I would have paid for it but not once did anyone mention anything! My daughter felt horrible because her hair did not look even close to what she wanted..
Never again will I go here. I could have taught my 14 yr old son to cut my hair and he would have done a better job. Quality of service is awful. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Rituals! From booking the appointment initially to the actual experience they were wonderful, kind, and so accommodating.
I had a massage and facial from two different ladies β both named Angie. I highly recommend them as they listened to my concerns and made everything so enjoyable for me. The whole place is just so welcoming and truly worth every penny. Speaking of, I personally found it very affordable and it was wonderful. The place is cute and homey. The staff are real nice and friendly; loved the smiles upon entrance.
