Meanwhile, many colon cancer experts say that fiber is key in preventing the disease as it feeds 'good' bacteria in the gut that shield the colon lining. Dr Kamath's first breakfast suggestion is overnight oats with milk, with berries for an extra boost of vitamin C and antioxidants. The other ingredients comprise non-fat Greek yogurt, honey, and either homemade or store-bought granola.
