For over 30 years, Mark R. Hinkston has advised individuals and businesses on, and handled transactions relating to, construction, real estate, and commercial law.
Licensed in both Wisconsin and Colorado, he has litigated cases in state and federal courts as well as before administrative tribunals.
He is also experienced in municipal law, serving multiple local government administrations and boards. He is the author of many articles in legal publications, and a frequent presenter on an array of topics. Mark has earned a preeminent AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, an invitation-only honorary association of preeminent lawyers who practice in construction law and related fields.
In , he was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel, the highest title of honor bestowed by the Governor of Kentucky. Mark received both his undergraduate magna cum laude and law cum laude degrees from Creighton University, where he served as an assistant editor of the Creighton Law Review.
