Guest Room 2 has a queen bed. Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a two car maximum for this property. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the condo and everything was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious for our entire family.
