Othership is an absolute GEM and must visit. This experience is for everyone - feels like an hour of therapy both physically and mentally. From the moment you walk in the door you feel the calming healing vibes and the sense of community. Try a guided class to start so you have the support to get through cold immersion and last in the sauna! Odeta is my favourite instructor. I would do this daily if I could! This was my first time with an experience like this and it was phenomenal!
Everyone was so friendly. They even have a signature scent which I absolutely love. The guidance through the sauna and ice bath just made for such a magical time. It was invigorating and the support of others when I got out of the ice bath was amazing. My skin also feels so good and I cannot express enough how energizing and restorative this was. Othership is a welcome addition to Toronto. There is a beautiful combination of tradition and evidence-informed practice here. I felt welcomed into the already burgeoning community as soon as I stepped in.
The sauna and cold plunge sessions were both expertly guided. The space is beautiful and the experience otherworldly. I walked out onto Adelaide Street West with a feeling of calm, quiet energy. The staff are extremely welcoming, the space is clean, smells amazing, and staff are very knowledgeable in the benefits of their services. Cannot wait to go back! What an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in until you leave. Every inch of the space has been thoughtfully designed to create a place of complete zen. After melting away every ounce of worry in the sauna you take a nice rinse in the showers before stepping into the ice cold tubs.

Othership is an oasis for tranquility while pushing our boundaries, mentally and physically. The place is so well planned with very soothing esthetics, music and lights. It made us feel so calm and connected. And then of course, their top notch cold baths and sauna, which exceeded our expectations.
