Exercise, strengthening the body and treating it are my passion. I am also a great believer in mindfulness and awareness of mind-body connection and the balance between the two to attain a healthy life. After qualifying as a Massage Therapist in Athens in , and continuing my studies and practice in London from I started by treating athletes, fitness trainers and corporate clients, holding clinics at various gyms, studios and high-profile hotels and spas.
I believe that my greatest strengths are my reliability, passion, care, interest and the deep knowledge I have in soft tissue therapy. However, what is most important to me is the satisfaction of my clients. In each treatment I strive to provide the best possible work for their needs and my goal is that they leave the treatment feeling physically and mentally better than when they came in.
