In our previous experience with Trinity Fusion, we appreciated some of its basic combat mechanics - especially when multiple enemy types were on the screen - and hints at the wider story doled out in the closed beta.
The new demo doubles down on that story, threading active narrative sequences into the main game instead of leaving everything to simple hub interactions. There's no comparison to Hades' vibrant underworld hub, but its intriguing three-story cylindrical design stands apart from other action-roguelites.
